Stephen Christie

Stephen joined Cleantap Energy with a strong background in Facility Management and Maintenance with over twenty-six years of experience in the industry. Working as a Director of Facilities, Project Manager, Vendor Management, Contract Management, RFP bidding, Negotiations, Capital assessments, FM Opex, and Capital Budgets. He was also responsible for implementing Preventative Maintenance programs and for training service technicians. Before joining Cleantap Energy, he worked for the United Parcel Service, MBNA and Point Lookout Resort and Conference Center.

Stephen has been directly involved with Cleantap Energy’s Project Development and has helped manage right-of-way projects for public grids, negotiated with land owners, including acquisitions of land purchases. He is also responsible for providing administrative direction, managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities and operations of a project team.
